Anita Barone

Barone performs as a character in The Shoes (Seinfeld 4th season) as Gail Cunningham. A chef, she wants Elaine Benes's shoes. In the early 1990s, Barone made an appearance in the show Carol & Company alongside Carol Burnett. Barone also played the wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in Friends' premiere episode. Jane Sibbett took over her character after Barone left the show in order to concentrate on her full-time job. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the initial season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home from 2005 until 2007. Barone was also a part of Daddio the sitcom which was aired from 2000. Barone is also credited on television such as Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone's work on the film One Last Ride earned her the Best Supporting Actress Award at the Methodfest in 2005. Barone began her character as the mother of Bella Thorne and CeCe Jones in the year 2010 - just three years following The War at Home concluded its run. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband, guest-starred in two episodes of Shake It Up in the role as J.J. Jones.
